Currently, he is director of Business and Industry Services and the Workforce Education Institute at Norwalk Community College. The Institute provides employers with services in the areas of task analysis, skills assessment, organizational development and customized job training. He is also adjunct professor of business at Norwalk Community and an adjunct professor for Iona College's Mass Communications Department, where he teaches at the graduate and undergraduate level.
Mr. Failla is available for consulting on management or environmental matters or for writing projects, which he undertakes from his fully computerized and networked home office in Weston, Conn.
